Here's What to Do
Almost everyone in med school ends up on Anki. The AMBOSS Add-on connects your flashcards to the AMBOSS library: you get pop-up explanations and a side-by-side view with the full article, right on the card. When something doesn't click, the explanation is one click away instead of buried in another tab.
You'll do this on your computer. The add-on installs on the Anki desktop app, so if you don't have Anki yet, download the latest desktop version first.
Set it up:
- Open Anki on your computer and go to Tools, then Add-ons, then Get Add-ons.
- Paste in the code 1044112126 and click OK.
- Restart Anki so the add-on loads.
- Sign in with your AMBOSS account when the add-on asks, so it links to your library.
That's it. Open any deck, including your own, and AMBOSS explanations show up right on your cards.
